Carmen Farmer, Operations Specialist, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a BS in Radio-TV-Film. She worked in broadcasting and advertising for 23 years, before making the deliberate move to the non-profit sphere. She has been an office manager for over 20 years and with NICWA for 14. She is responsible for personnel recruitment, coordination of interviews and the hiring process, staff benefits, facilitation of the Leadership Team, publications and proofreading functions, and operation and upgrades of the database.
