Carmen Farmer, support services manager, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a BS in Radio-TV-Film. She worked in broadcasting and advertising for 23 years, before making the deliberate move to the non-profit sphere. She has been an office manager for over 20 years and with NICWA for ten. She is responsible for managing the workload of the project support staff, and oversees the physical office space, the computer and telephone systems, operation and upgrades of the database.
