Fannie Black (Yup'ik) is the support team leader for the project support team at NICWA. She began her career at NICWA as project support for a variety of NICWA projects, including Government Affairs and Advocacy and Community Development. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering from Portland State University (PSU) in 2005. During her time at PSU she was an active member of a few student groups and a leader in the American Indian Science and Engineering Society as co-president.
