Dr. Kathleen Earle Fox is director of research at the National Indian Child Welfare Association in Portland, Oregon. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Maine System, Rockland Center. She has taught social work practice, social policy, research, statistics, psychology and program evaluation at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Dr. Fox is the author of several peer-reviewed articles and monographs in the areas of mental health and child welfare for Native people. Dr. Fox is of Cayuga descent.
