Matt Morton, MEd (Squaxin Island) is NICWA's assistant deputy director. His Master's Degree is in higher education management and administration, and he has experience in managing in both university and private industry settings. Matt currently oversees the work of the program departments, project management and leadership development and serves as a consultant to partners on personnel and management issues.
