Matt Morton, MEd (Squaxin Island) is NICWA's deputy director. He received a master's degree in higher education management and administration, and he has experience in managing in both university and private industry settings. Matt currently oversees the work of the Operations Department, project management, and leadership development, and serves as a consultant to partners on personnel and management issues.
