ICWA Compliance Summary and Review of Existing Literature

Research associated with compliance with the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 has its gaps and barriers; the studies on ICWA compliance are limited, and data isn’t current. The ICWA Compliance Summary and Review of Existing Literature is an overview of existing tools and research regarding compliance with the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA).
