Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Nicole attended the University of Oregon where she earned a bachelor of art degree in fine art and a minor in business administration. Nicole comes to NICWA with a passion for helping kids and their communities. Her background includes working with youth as a DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) camp counselor, teaching plant-based cooking classes to kids ages 5-12, and raising funds to support healthy eating education, school gardens, and salad bars in local schools. In her free time, she enjoys cooking with friends, binge-watching Netflix, and exploring Oregon. Nicole is very excited to be joining the NICWA family!
