Planned Giving

We invite you to look forward and consider future generations. By investing in your legacy at NICWA, you can make a lasting impact on those who benefit from our mission for years to come.

If you are 70 ½ or older, please consider using your Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs), also known as IRA Charitable Rollovers, to make a gift to NICWA. This simple step allows you to potentially reduce your taxable income while having a substantial impact on helping us keep Native children and their families together whenever possible.

Secondly, we invite you to consider making a bequest—a gift through your will or trust—to help further NICWA’s mission. With the help of your trusted advisor, this will provide a legacy that reaches future generations of Native families.

We can also assist you and your trusted advisors (lawyer, accountant, financial planner) with more robust ways of giving such as allocating all or a portion of a retirement or life insurance policy, creating a Donor Advised Fund, or establishing a Charitable Gift Annuity that provides income during your life with the remainder going to NICWA upon your passing.

When you elevate NICWA to the level of your friends and family, we are forever grateful.
