Allie Brady joins our team as NICWA’s Training Manager. Allie is a training and events professional who comes to us with nearly 10 years of experience designing and implementing effective training programs. Allie is looking forward to helping create training opportunities that meet NICWA’s high standards and are in line with the strong values and priorities of the organization. Allie is passionate about making change by empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their goals through high-quality education and training.

Outside of work, you can catch Allie running on some of Oregon’s beautiful trails or walking her two dogs—Charlie and Ollie—around Gresham. Allie also enjoys poetry and gardening.
