Dallas is an enrolled member of the Confederation of Grand Ronde tribe. She graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work. Before coming to NICWA, she worked as a Behavioral Technician supporting kids with autism. During her time at PSU Dallas interned at a community college creating events and creating resources guides at the internship. Through her projects she became passionate about community development and being able to use her creativity and social work skills. Her passions lead her and her aunt creating and facilitating an Indigenous Women’s Healing Circle.
